RANDALL LEITCH PHOTO TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing a session, the client acknowledges that they have received, read, and agreed to all terms indicated in this agreement below and agrees to relay the details of this contract to any and all subjects involved in the session.

SERVICE AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY
The client agrees that Randall Leitch (photographer) shall provide services to photograph to the best of her abilities in accordance with the portrait session selected. Any artistic interpretations by the photographer will be deemed acceptable and correct. Randall Leitch cannot be responsible for dissatisfaction due to circumstances beyond her control. In the event that photographic materials are damaged or lost through camera or computer malfunction the photographer liability will be limited to a retake of the session whenever possible or a refund of the cost of session fee if images cannot be retaken. If the session fee must be refunded, Randall Leitch Photo will have no further obligation to the client.
PAYMENT AND RESCHEDULE POLICY
A non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of the session. The full session fee covers the time and talent of the photographer, and creative editing of images, as determined by the photographer. Rescheduling is permitted for ill children/family members, extreme weather, and circumstances out of client's control. Reschedules should take place as soon as possible, preferably within one month your original date. A $100 fee will be incurred with each reschedule. 
WEATHER POLICY
The client should leave the entire day of the shoot flexible. Photo shoots will not be called off until the day of the session. Perfect weather is not promised. Many types of weather can happen all in one day in the Pacific Northwest; therefore, the hourly forecast will be the best indicator for moving forward with the shoot, shoot start time, location, etc.
COPYRIGHT AND REPRODUCTION
The client agrees that all copyrights and/or intellectual property rights for all photographs taken at the session shall be held exclusively by Randall Leitch Photo. The client will receive images via digital download through their online gallery and may print at their discretion. The client may also post images online and to social media (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, etc.) but must note Randall Leitch Photo as the photographer and may not alter the images in any way except for cropping. The client is encouraged to back up their images upon receiving them. The client may not sell, distribute, or take credit for any of the photos taken by Randall Leitch Photo.
MODEL RELEASE
The client grants that Randall Leitch Photo may use any images taken at the session for the promotion of its business and services unless explicitly discussed and agreed upon in advance. Including but not limited to website, social media, or internal and external promotional material.
LOCATION PORTRAIT SESSION DETAILS AND TERMS
All sessions will be within the Southern Portland Suburban areas. Travel charges for outside of that area may be imposed. If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, you, the client, will be responsible for those fees. The photographer will not guarantee or arrange payment on any location. Randall Leitch Photo’s style involves outdoor sessions that may or may not be in rugged areas (that may include tall grass, insects, snakes, etc.). If at any time, you are uncomfortable and wish to terminate that segment of the session, please communicate such to the photographer. The client understands that Randall Leitch Photo will not be held responsible for any injuries, illnesses, etc. that may or may not derive from this session. Randall Leitch Photo may end the session at their discretion according to our determination of having captured adequate images both in terms of quality and quantity. If the session is ended prior to the maximum amount of time, there will be no refund or credit for unused time. A download link will be sent to the client with the number of allotted images from the session. Additional editing is available at additional expense to be determined by the photographer.

Due to the large amount of storage space required for the images I create per year; RAW image files will only be kept on my computer for 30 days. After 30 days, all original RAW files may be deleted from my system. Archived copies of the finished JPEGs are kept on my computer, though the responsibility to back up is the client’s responsibility after the photos are delivered. The client agrees and understands that the type of work produced will be of similar style and quality to the images shown on my website. The client agrees to allow Randall Leitch Photo full creative control over the session as well as the suggestion of any locations or poses.
